My Approach

I am committed to providing a safe and affirming space to harness strengths, while exploring current patterns and opportunities for growth. I have worked with individuals on the Autism Spectrum and those with depressive, anxious, and trauma-related symptoms. I acknowledge that treatment is not "one size fits all", and pride myself on my experience working with folks in the LGBTQIA+ community, individuals in polyamorous relationships, and those with different health conditions and ability statuses.

We’ll use insight to identify strategies, tools, and practices you can use in your daily life. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques inform my practice. Interventions are tailored to the individual based on developmental levels and with an understanding that some techniques are not helpful for all individuals.
